My name is Kevin Casey. I am from a small town in West Cork, called Bantry. I have always had a passion for Health and wellbeing, and it was through the practice of yoga that I found Ayurveda. It's principles for leading a healthy and vibrant life really resonated with me, and lead me to diving deeper into the world of Ayurveda.

I studied Ayurveda under the tutorship of Doug Hyde, at this beautiful school in east Clare. I learned a wide range of therapies for various issues. I learned the Ayurvedic principles of treating a patient, and the various medicines for treating certain conditions.
